Your new role
The System Support Engineer is a member of the Technical Support Organization, highly dynamic, innovative that is eager to provide high-level technical advice, consultation and troubleshooting for a global environment. This team is responsible for providing support service for diagnostics automated equipment.
Key Duties:
- Provide remote diagnosis for innovative automated laboratory track systems and instruments.
- Generate and maintain proper documentation in compliance with international standards and requirements.
- Troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Upgrading Systems to enable compatible software on devices.
What you'll need to succeed
- Fluent English communication is a must.
- From four years of service experience of medical devices and equipment
- Good working knowledge of electronics, electro-mechanical devices, PLC's.
- Ability to apply scientific principles when troubleshooting instruments.
- Effective communication and customer service skills.
