Your new role
Technical Support Engineer focused on technically managing a large range of products with the platform. Implementing new releases, data writing, manipulating and configuration.
The key responsibilities will be:
- Own the execution of business application landscape and provide key input in strategy and architecture
- Administration and support of business applications.
- Keeping new features and functionality across the SaaS landscape and providing suggestions for improvements.
- Train users on how to use the tech stack, as well as providing technical support
What you'll need to succeed
- Experienced with customer support / consultancy
- Development experience in Object-Oriented programming languages
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Fluent English communication is a must.
- Experience with Agile development methods is a plus.
- CRM experience is a plus.
