Your new role
Work with clients and partners within the Heavy Industry to understand and address their challenges and needs, through competitive, sustainable and appropriate solutions to meet these goals. Develop long-term relationships at different levels of the client's organisation, Ensure the delivery of quality proposals and within the established deadlines with the client, Map the market to implement sales strategies adding real value to the client, Build a portfolio of solid and reliable opportunities to promote long-term sustainable growth in the businesses under their responsibility, Interact with local and global technical leaders to take advantage of their knowledge and create value in the proposals made to clients, Establish relationships and interact with the different teams and internal actors during the development of the business: Proposals, Engineering, Execution, Services, Supply-chain, Finance, Legal, EHS and all other areas of the company involved, for the development and growth of the area. responsibility, as well as due customer satisfaction
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate should have a hunter profile to understand the market and its needs: from visiting clients, surveying projects in the field, successful communication with all stakeholders. With 7+ years of experience in technical sales management for the industrial sector. Knowledge in Heavy Industry. Engineer preferably Chemical, mechanical or industrial. FLUENT ENGLISH ITS A MUST, Portuguese its a plus.
