Your new role
We are looking for candidates that already have experience as a HR Generalist in a manufacturing plant.
Main responsibilities:

• Will attend the area of operations
• Recruitment and selection of personnel (operational and administrative).
• Relationship and negotiation with labour relations (plastics industry).
• Review of doubts with human resources (vacations, approvals, permits)
• Reports to the United States
• Support for people about to retire.
• Training support
• File management

What you'll need to succeed
The candidate must have a minimum of 4 years of HR Generalist experience. Previous manufacturing plant experience. They must prove the ability to work well with co-workers inside and outside of the organisation; they need communication skills to build good relationships. On the other hand, the candidate must be self-motivated and possess the ability to take initiative, ownership, and influence / motivate others. Very Good ability negotiation with labour relations. Advanced in English
