Your new role
As National Sales Manager you will be responsible for developing commercial and marketing strategies for all products and services offered by the company, establishing real and ambitious goals that promote constant growth in sales rates. You will be the link between the sales area and business units, and the general management, generating the strategy for the commercial area by carrying out adequate market studies and projecting business lines on a national scale.
What you´ll need to succeed?
- Technical knowledge of medical equipment for neurosurgery
- Experience in the medical device industry in commercial areas with a national or regional scope
- Management of SAP.
- Negotiation skills for sales special conditions and with manufacturers
- Leadership skills: tasks assignment, team coordination, and selection and evaluation of collaborators.
- Advanced English level.
What you'll get in return
A salary between 55,000 - 60,000 MXN + Commissions + Benefits according to the law
