Your new Role
As Customer Success Manager you will be responsible of performing direct customer follow up in difficult customer care situations and assign & direct workflow to ensure excellent service is delivered, lead order management process, order entry, invoicing and last mile while maintaining communication with multidisciplinary teamwork´s, design and implement continuous improvement strategies to improve customer service levels, reinforce best customer service practices, implement customer focus business processes and reporting them, identify, develop and refine key reports that assist the CSR teams measuring performance, ensure invoicing in a timely manner and manage the customer support budget adequately and establish the recruiting and professional development & performance management framework resulting in satisfied managers and employees.
What you´ll need
- Bachelor´s Degree More than 4 years in the customer service area with +2 years in leadership positions.
- Vast experience in order management, customer facing and proven record in leading customer support organization.
- Evidence of driving continuous improvement initiatives generating a customer centricity experience.
- Clear understanding of the financial impact of logistics process, impo / expo, and 3rd party’s.
- Proactivity, teamwork, continuous improvement and high communication skills.
- ERP knowledge.
- Advanced English.
