Your new role
As CS Director you will be in charge of managing the direct delivery of your solutions portfolio, developing an accurate roadmap for you operations and successfully implementing with a group of specialist IT consultancy services in collaboration tools (IP Phone Base and Video Calls). Developing a strong customer service department with a direct headcount of 40+ experts divided in Customer Success Managers, Specialists and Operations Managers.
What you'll need to succeed
At least 10+ Years of professional experience in IT operations, specifically in delivery of Software solutions
Directing or Sr. Management experience with a headcount of at least 10+ professionals
Direct Knowledge in software implementation for big operations
An advanced level of English and a desirable international experience.
