National Sales Manager Hospitals experience in high specialised products in the pharmaceutical industry.

Your new company
Leading international healthcare company, is looking for National Sales Manager (hospitals) for its office in Mexico City.

Your new role
This position will lead a team of 50 people, will be in charge of leading and implementing the sales strategy to ensure the growth and development of the company through aggressive goal setting, looking to establish ongoing relationship with KOL’s and partnerships.

Other duties will include:

Planning – based on discussions with client’s, work to establish trading plans and forecasts to achieve revenue and profit targets in-line with broader business expectations.
Market Analysis and Research – undertake analysis and support company research to better understand the markets we operate in. Monitor competitor activity. As required present findings to colleagues and customers.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed within this role you will need 8 years in a similar position in the pharmaceutical industry. You must have channel sales and hospitals experience alongside commercial orientation, with hands-on sales experience of account management.

Proficiency in English will be required.
